When you reach out, we'll schedule a brief initial conversation. This isn't a sales call. It's a mutual assessment of fit.
We'll discuss where you are, what you're working toward, and whether our approach matches your needs. If it does, we'll outline next steps. If it doesn't, we'll tell you honestly and point you toward better options.
This work requires commitment from both sides. We're selective about who we take on, and you should be selective about who you work with.
Before You Reach Out
A few things that help us respond more effectively:

- Are you looking for therapy, coaching, or capability development?
We specialize in structured emotional intelligence development. If you need therapeutic support for trauma or mental health conditions, we can recommend qualified practitioners. If you need executive coaching focused on strategy and performance, that's also not our specialty.
What we do is help functional people expand their emotional range and capacity through deliberate practice.
Program Availability
We maintain small cohort sizes to ensure quality. Foundation and Leadership programs typically have openings each quarter. Advanced Integration and Custom tracks are accepted on a rolling basis but may have wait times.
Integration Intensives are scheduled quarterly and fill quickly. If you're interested in the next intensive, express that when you reach out.
Organizations
We work with organizations developing emotional intelligence across leadership teams. This typically involves:
- Assessment of current organizational EQ capacity
- Custom program design for your context
- Cohort-based development with your team
- Integration support and ongoing practice
Organizational programs start at SGD 18,000 and are scoped based on participant count and objectives.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. All programs are available virtually via secure video. In-person options are available in Singapore for those who prefer it.
What if I'm not based in Singapore?
Most of our clients are international. As long as time zones align reasonably, location isn't a barrier.
Do you take insurance?
No. This is development work, not therapy, and isn't covered by health insurance. We can provide receipts for HSA/FSA reimbursement where applicable.
What's your refund policy?
Full refund if you withdraw within 7 days of enrollment and before your second session. After that, no refunds, but you can pause or transfer to a different program.
How do I know if I'm ready for this work?
If you're asking that question, you probably are. The main prerequisites are self-awareness and willingness to practice. We'll assess fit in the initial conversation.
